End of Year Pick Up

posted May 21, 2020, 7:53 AM by John Hull

We've just put together our end of year plan for students to pick up their personal items and drop off outstanding candy money and library books. This will take place on June 2nd-4th. The district has set some very clear safety protocols for us to follow and I'm going to list the biggies right now. We will also post these on the website for you to review before your scheduled time for pick up.

First, everyone that is entering the building needs to have a mask. We will only be allowed to have a maximum of nine people in a room at the same time. Please park in the drive through or on the street, the staff parking lot will not be accessible. Please enter the building through the outside door of your child's classroom. It would be a good idea to bring a backpack, bag or box for your childs items. Their will be a box in each classroom for library books and for completed work packets for those students that completed those. For folks missing a jacket those will be spread out in the cafeteria, just let your teacher know and they will arrange for an escort to bring you there. This also applies to families with students in multiple grades. Just let your teacher know and they will arrange for an escort to your other child/ren's class. We are doing this to ensure we don't go over the nine person cap in a class.

Also, if your child ordered a yearbook it should be on their desk in their class for pick up and if you have outstanding candy money that can be turned into your child's teacher or the office. Medications will also be available in the office.

You should be getting contacted by your child's teacher to set a time for pick up in the very near future. We appreciate your patience and please reach out to your child's teacher if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you all and as always thanks for your support.
